At Primitive Strength, our massage therapist brings over twenty-five years of certification and expertise. We’re proud to be the only Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) practitioner in Amarillo.

We offer two distinct styles: therapeutic massage and NKT massage. Therapeutic massage helps you stretch out, unwind, and feel deeply relaxed. NKT, on the other hand, is a precise, advanced manual therapy—it assesses and corrects dysfunctional movement patterns by retraining your brain’s motor control center through targeted muscle testing. This identifies overactive or underactive muscles, then treats the real root causes of chronic pain, injuries, and poor posture—not just the symptoms.
