At Primitive Strength and Wellness, we teach our clients that quality of life can be improved through quality movement, nutrition, strength training, and massage.
Whether it be body weight, kettlebells or barbells, we focus on technique and body weight movement before we attempt to load the client with weight. We also believe strength is the foundation for all other physical attributes.

6-Week Training Basics Program

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to rebuild a solid foundation. In this structured 6-week introduction at Primitive Strength, you’ll master the essential movement patterns—hinge, squat, push, pull, and core stability—using kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises. Led by StrongFirst Elite Instructor Brian Myers, the focus is on perfect technique, safe progression, and building strength from the ground up. No prior experience required. Expect improved mobility, better movement quality, and noticeable gains in strength and confidence. One on one format ensures personalized attention in a focused, no-nonsense setting. Small Group Training

Experience personalized, high-quality strength training in a small-group setting at Primitive Strength—no more than 5 participants per class for maximum attention and results. Led by StrongFirst Elite Instructor Brian Myers, these sessions deliver individualized programming and coaching while building strength through perfect technique in foundational movements (hinge, squat, push, pull, and core). Using kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll progress safely at your level—whether beginner or advanced—improving mobility, conditioning, and confidence without the distractions of large classes.
